I don't get what's going on... on one hand it feels as if this week (like last week) has been a really long one, but on the other hand it feels like we are racing towards Christmas!!
With this in mind I made another Christmas card last night, not least because I am already being asked in the office if I am going to be taking any in... looks like I need to make one for me, one for for my card box :-)
As I have a busy night on Thursdays as my eldest son goes to Cubs which really breaks the evening up having to go back out to get him... I don't mind as he does enjoy it, even if his Akela scares the living daylights out of me - I'm sure she's a lovely woman really, but she ticked me off once cos I hadn't sewn a badge on his uniform by the following week (naughty mummy)!!
Anyway - the card
I've basically used the same design as I did the other day, although it wasn't deliberate, it just happened like that!! Oh well, promise to be more creative tomorrow!! Although I did get stitching on this one with the gold embroidery thread, and cos it's dark cardstock I've punched a square with the MS round the page punches and popped that inside
The image is Christmas Candle by Lily of the Valley - isn't she cute! I've coloured her with copics and added glamour dust to her coat, and used Diamond Dust fot the snow. The paper is one by Sandilion which I got I got ages ago.
Right, hoping today goes quick!!
In the meantime I'd like to enter this card for these challenges
Papertake Weekly - Pick favourite challenge from last 3 years - I've gone for 24th November 2009 - Christmas Crackers
Thanks for stopping by, more tomorrow
