Good morning!! And it certainly is a Good Morning cos it's a big day today at the Ladybug Crafts Ink Challenge Blog, because not only is it our very FIRST challenge but Kerry also has a new release of stamps and we are having a Blog Hop to celebrate !! So this week there is double the chance to win a prize!!
I've got so much to share I don't know where to start - a first for me!! If you are already hopping along with us you should have arrived from Michele's blog, if not head on over to the start at Mary J's blog - I'm really hoping you've got the Blog Hop Banner proudly displayed on your blog, but if not, its below
The DT have not only had to use the challenge theme, but they have also used the new images. There are 5 in all and I think you will agree when you see their creations the new images are just fabulous! (none of the DT have seen each other's cards so we cant wait to hop either!)
The rules of the Hop - which are...
a) Visit each of the DT members in order and leave a comment on each of their blog hop posts.
b) Leave a comment at the bottom of the challenge blog telling us which is your favourite image.
c) Display the blog hop banner which is at the top of this post on your blog either in a post or on your side bar.
The Prize is all 5 images in the new release, simples :-)
The hop will close 9am GMT on Monday 8th NOV and the winner will be announced at 9am GMT on Tuesday 9th NOV.
The first stop along the hop is Mary J
Just in case you get lost, here is the order...
Now onto the challenge....
Mary J has set a cracking challenge this week, and it's a sketch with the optional extra of decorating the inside of the card
And here's my card
I've made this card into an engagement card, but this image would work for Christmas, new home, congratulations and so many other occasions!
Here's a close up of the image
And yes, I decorated the inside - this is an optional extra, but it really seems to make the cards look really special, so why not give it a go!
We really hope you join in this week, you can do whatever you want with the sketch - any theme, any colours, flip it, embellish it, add the image anywhere! As long as the general format can be seen (you are more than welcome to decorate the inside of the card if you like!) anything goes! I can't wait to see what you do with it!
And with two chances of winning this week what have you got to lose!! You can JUST enter the hop, or JUST enter the challenge or if you are game - enter them Both!
Whatever you choose ... good luck from all the Lovely Ladybugs!
Your next stop on the hop is the lovely Lisa
Hugs Sue xx
