Nah, disagree with that saying :-)
Hi, hope you are having a good week so far. Today I am sharing the last card I've sent to Kerry to take to CHA with her
I've used Catflap Magnum by Ladybug Crafts Ink - isn't he a cutie? Purrfect (please excuse the pun!) for a man's birthday, just because, even new home cards! I've added a touch of Glossy Accents to the catflap, and his nose but this was a bit of a pain because the nozzle has split and glue is now dribbling out of the side, so extreme caution is required - the last one that did this I managed to get it on a brand new pair of jeans and I can assure you nothing on earth gets Glossy Accents out! (if you have found a way, please let me know!!)
I've used bits and bobs from my stash - the blue paper was a half sheet of Full Circle by Sandlion; the striped was a small bit of Peacock Lane by Bo Bunny, and the Green Dotty is Kiwi Double Dot by Bo Bunny. The scalloped square and circle were cut on the cricut and I've used a MS punch too. The sentiment is also by Ladybug Crafts Ink
I'd like to enter this card for
A Spoon Full Of Sugar - Blue and Green

You are getting way too clever with your layouts lady! Looks fab. I only use glossy accents from a skewer now due to a nozzle split incident! Have a great day,Julie x
ReplyDeleteThis is flap-ulous Sue! I totally agree that blue and green are a great combination...this is a nice cheery mix. Your colouring is amazing...Magnum does grey so well lol. Love it! xx

I always think of my school uniform when I hear that phrase as we had a choice of blue or green jumpers and cardigans and it was frowned upon to wear blue and green together. Well, it looks fab on your card anyway!
ReplyDeleteBeautiful card! That image is so funny and I love the blue paper you used as background!
