Harry Potter Bookmark

Hello!!

My eldest son has suddenly started to read the Harry Potter series, he'd not been keep up until a couple of weeks ago, but since then has been reading them avidly and is now on the 5th book, which is a bit of a monster read at over 700 pages for a nine year old, but he seems to be enjoying it!  I'm act ually really pleased that he likes reading as a lot of boys don't, mind you he also likes playing on the computer or his Playstation or the Wii, and I have more trouble getting him outside!!  Unlike my youngest who likes to be outside all the time, they are such different personalities!!

I had been toying with making him a bookmark for a while and I needed to get cracking if I was to get one done before he finishes book 7!!

I started making this in red and black but it didn't look right so changed for Black and Kraft and some MME halloween papers, which have some rather fabby flocked spiders!!  I used some of my fibres and a witches hat charm as a bit of added interest

I used the Har Repotter image from Bugaboo (see what they did there!!), coloured him with copics and added glossy accents to his glasses, and the owl's eyes

I'd like to enter these challenges please

Might be back later with some more, if not, I'll see you tomorrow... thanks for stopping by and have a great weekend
