Morning! I must have been visited by the good luck fairy recently as in addition to my winning 5 stamps last week from Ladybug Crafts Ink, today I have won a blog candy from Denise! Cue much silliness and bouncing around :-) I'm thinking a buying lottery ticket this weekend is a very good idea!
While on the subject of blog candy, I am having my own giveaway - with a little twist - please click here to have a look
I had quite a creative day yesterday and had a little play with more of the stamps I won from Ladybug Crafts Ink

I had quite a creative day yesterday and had a little play with more of the stamps I won from Ladybug Crafts Ink
This one is Footballing Jack - now I don't know about you but I really struggle with cards for men, boys are slightly easier, but I still struggle! However, this time it went well and I am really pleased with how he turned out.
I've stamped Jack onto Neena cardstock (loving this stuff!) and coloured him in with copics to tone in with the paper which is Summer Argyle and Whimsy Stripe from the Sweet Summertime range by Echo Park, which I got from Scrapbook Sisters. I've put a bit of Glossy Accents on the black bits of his ball. I remembered I had some football die cuts left over that my friend Julie cut out for me last year and the idea of circles started forming, I was happy that my large circle punch fitted Jack perfectly and inked both the edges of the circle and the footballs with a little Antique Linen distress ink.
I then covered the join in the papers with a little strip of red bazzill punched with my Martha Stewart Stars border punch and layered it all up with 3D pads, and added a happy birthday greeting also from Ladybug Crafts Ink.
One boys card done - and with a lot less stress than normal!!
I'd like to enter this card for the following challenges
