Bearly there at LCI

Hello!

This week we are celebrating another new release - yep the new images keep coming thick and fast, and this release is another corker :-D

As it is a new release, after much (and I mean MUCH!!!) deliberation the Ladybugs thought that an Anything Goes challenge would be best as all the images can be used for so many occasions - check out all the images, and what the Design Team have used them for here

I've used the rather splendid Comfy Bille (who... shhh, had an unscheduled pre-release viewing last night at my craft club night... and the unanimous consensus was that he is adorable! ... just don't tell Queen Ladybug as I'll get the sack!!)  I've used him as a Get Well Soon card for a colleague who has just had a load of gall stones removed, poor woman, they had to open her up to get them all, rather than keyhole surgery and she has been in agony since Christmas with them until she was admitted two weeks ago but it took them until Saturday to operate.  Hopefully she'll be back soon, as work is not the same without her.  Fingers crossed she spots Billy's stitched heart and paws, and will know he know's how it feels!!

Hope you like him as much as the ladybugs do

Thanks for stopping by

Ladybug Crafts Ink Goes Digital!!

Eeek!!  Can you believe it!!   This week is a really special one over at Ladybug Crafts Ink Challenge as we are celebrating the first digi stamp release of a new range of Magnum images to compliment the brilliant stamp range, and we are having a blog hop to celebrate - hopefully you should have arrived from the very talented Tams, and already have your blog hop banner (above!!) proudly displayed on your blog, leaving each member of the DT a comment as you go :-DAnd the prizes??  First prize... is the whole release including Remote Control, Cat Flu, Missed a Bit, Add-On Magnum, and all the Christmas Add-Ons. Plus five runner up prizes of one digi each!!
And we would love to see all of your animal friends, but especially the new digi images - as they are only £2 each for the Magnum images and between £1.25 and £1.50 for the add on images... and delivered straight to your inbox, no having to wait for Mr Postie with these cuties!! This week though you can order the entire release for the discounted price of £16 - what are you waiting for!!   These images are brilliant and I was given Cat Flu, LOL just love Magnum, the poorly puddy tat :-D, Lily the mouse looks like she is enjoying winding him up no end :-D  If there was any doubt Magnum is definately a male cat... just check out the sorry for himself expression and countless tissues :-D

I coloured him with Copics and added a touch of glossy accents to the scarey looking syringe Lily is holding and the cap of the thing (nope, no idea what it is called!!) on his head, and his nose

Quick card

Hi! Hope you are having a good week so far!

I've been to my fortnightly class at Scrapbook Sisters and it was as fabulous as always!!  If you are still to go you'll love it... I promise!!

Anyway, a quick card tonight...

This is one that I made on Saturday for my friend who has just had to have an operation on her nose... not a nose job but they have had to do something with it as the bone was growing and she was unable to breathe through her nose... poor love, this is the second time she has had it done, but she seems to be worse this time and is going dizzy every time she stands up :-(

Anyway, so I have made her a little something to let her know we missed her on Saturday and wish her a speedy recovery

It's nothing special, but I don't really have that many images that are suitable for a get well card, and it's not like she's in hospital or has a broken leg, so not being able to find any images of a woman with two black eyes and a nose splint - wonder why? LOL - this was as good as it was going to get!

Then, when I had finished it other friends daughter said, "it's great, but why is the dragonfly going up, not across"  Bother!  I thought it was a flower!!  Kids, don't you just love em!!  Still, it's the thought that counts (and I'm counting on her eyes being puffy and her not noticing!!)

More tomorrow, thanks for looking
