A Polar Christmas, part 1...

evening!!!  I've had a busy start to the weekend as my eldest son had a friend to play today, thankfully they get on really well and were no trouble.  Hubby took my youngest with him to his mums to pick up the (classic) Mini after it had been back down the engine builders for a tune up following engine number 2... ahhh, might not have share the fate of engine number 1... well lets just say hubby has learnt the hard way that engines that have had things connected the wrong way round allowing half a tank of petrol to mix with the oil need throwing away and starting again... ahem...

...moving swiftly on :-)  While they were out / happily playing I was able to have a bit of crafting time, and did three cards which I will be showing over the next couple of days

Here's the first of them - as the title of this post is A Polar Christmas, lets start at the south pole...

How cute are these pengiuns!!   Awww :-)

I've used the sketch from this weeks Friday Sketchers challenge, and not a lot else, just a snowflake embossing folder, some K & Co snowflakes, a bit of ribbon and a charm on the card.  The Lily of the Valley image is coloured with Copics, then a liberal amount of Dusts of the Glamour and Diamond type and a hint of Glossy Accents here and there.

Hope you like it :-)

Thanks for stopping by, please leave me a comment and let me know what you think!

Sue xx

P.S.  Please can I enter this card for the following challenges, thank you!!
