Hi, hope your Monday has been a good one. The weather here has changed and it was raining really hard here for most of the morning, such a change from the gorgeous weekend we've just had - I don't mind too much though as I was at work today and normally it is sunny all week and then rains on my days off so it made a nice change to be the other way round!
I've got a busy week - it's my regular class tomorrow and then I'm going round my friend Debs house on Wednesday to have a crafty evening as she has managed to get the renovations on the house they have recently bought to the stage where she can get her craft things out again :-). The only down side is that I'm going to have to give her back her Cuttlebug that she lent me while it was all going on :-( It's no use I'm going to have to get one - I've got a Cricut, which is great but probably more usable for scrapbooking but I love the Nesties and the embossing folders - I can see what I'm going to have to get come payday... sigh! And I’ve been drooling over the images of the new Bo Bunny Peacock Lane papers too...
Anyway, despite being a hot weekend I managed to do loads of cards, so I'll be sharing them over the next few days
Today’s card uses a sketch from Crafty Catz Weekly Challenge #40
The image is Cupcake Ruby and I’ve coloured her with my copics – I love these colours!! I’ve also used some of the Cherry Blossom Flowers that I got from Wild Orchid Crafts, and some gems. The paper is by Sandylion and is called “Fairy Dust” – how very appropriate! If I’d noticed that before I made the card I’d have said it was intentional !!
I’m also entering this for the One Stop Craft Challenge 88 (Monochromatic) and the Alphabet Challenge – K is For Kids
Thanks for looking, more tomorrow
